01. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using neevcode.in and any related services (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. NeevCode is operated by NeevCode, a Micro, Small & Medium Enterprise (MSME) registered under Indian regulations.

02. Services Offered

• Cybersecurity education workshops for colleges, communities, and organisations.
• A structured cybersecurity career program (currently in waitlist phase).
• Security consulting and penetration testing services for organisations.
• Educational content, resources, and research publications.

03. User Eligibility

The Platform is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. Users under 18 may use the Platform only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

04. Acceptable Use

• Use the Platform only for lawful educational and professional purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Platform or its services.
• Do not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any forms.
• Do not use our platform to conduct any unauthorised security testing on third parties.
• Respect intellectual property rights — all content on this Platform belongs to NeevCode unless stated otherwise.

05. Waitlist & Program Enrollment

Joining the waitlist does not constitute enrollment or guarantee a place in the program. NeevCode reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its discretion. Program fees, start dates, and enrollment procedures will be communicated separately to accepted applicants.

06. Workshop Requests

Submitting a workshop request form does not constitute a confirmed booking. All requests are subject to availability and mutual agreement on scope, date, and pricing. NeevCode will respond within 48 working hours of receipt.

07. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, workshop materials, code samples, and research publications — is the property of NeevCode and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

08. Limitation of Liability

NeevCode provides educational content and services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any content provided. Cybersecurity knowledge is provided for defensive and educational purposes only.

09. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at neevcode.in/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

11. Modifications

NeevCode reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
